Join My Crafternoons for a beginner-friendly Sip & Craft at Little Koi in Hamilton - a plant-laden pink haven we're taking over for a one-off crafty party!

Design and make your own unique beaded accessories in time for the summer sun, whilst socialising with a bunch of legends, sharing mini Vietnamese rolls and a bev or two!

Learn to make your own handy money-can't-buy beaded sunglasses chains to adorn your neck and make sure you don't lose your fave shades this summer 😎 If you prefer, you'll have time to make a necklace instead or a couple of bracelets or anklets, with on-hand help to use all the findings and tools you need.

You can also learn a few nifty beading techniques, including how to make adorable beaded flower designs!

There'll be a huge selection of beads to choose from, from delicate seed beads to kitch sparkly numbers, glass beads, letters, metallics, pearls and natural wooden beads, but if you want to bring your own selection, repurposed jewellery or charms then feel free!

The process is easy and rather meditative... you can chat and drink without having to concentrate too hard, so it's beginner-friendly!

Your ticket includes:

• All tools, materials and tuition for 2 hours of bead-craft, whipping up your own snazzy sunglasses chain or unique new jewelry

• 3 mini bahn mi each and fresh Vietnamese salads to share - think crispy pork belly, grilled Vietnamese chicken and marinated tofu with pickled veggies and fresh herbs - please note dietaries when booking in, all catered to!

• A night out that feels like a night in - whether you treat it like our own bar, or like your favourite cafe is staying open for a lock-in, we'll have sing-along tunes on and plenty of opportunities to mix and mingle as we get creative!

Whether you use it as a chance to catch up with a mate, make new friends (solo attendees welcome) or just fancy some relaxed creativity this year, it's going to be a cup-filling couple of hours with good food and good vibes.

• All humans are warmly welcome regardless of gender, sexuality, crafty abilities, age or anything else.

• Small hands welcome if they can safely create with a little help from you! There's also plenty of space for prams and privacy for breastfeeding Mums.

• Drinks are available at bar/cafe prices, ID required for anything boozy! Order cocktails, mocktails, vino and spirits, barista-made brews, or chilled non-alcoholic refreshments - whatever you fancy.

• There's heaps of free parking on surrounding streets and in 3 nearby carparks

• The venue is accessible with a ramp into the main entrance and an all-abilities toilet. Please share any access needs when you book.
