When pizza, wine, creativity and friends are all you really need...

With room full of lovely ladies, glorious 80's tunes on Spotify, a fire cracking in the beautiful old fireplace, enough pizza to satisfy the cast of The Sopranos and a fully-stocked bar keeping us well quenched, Wednesday's Boho Bag Charm Pizza Party was just IDEAL.

Everyone made a beautiful beaded keychain or an embellishment for their bag, wall, door or rear-view mirror (great idea Amy). We had bright colour combinations inspired by the recent trend sweeping the European Islands, muted pastel tassels and beading in complimentary shades, and natural tones using rustic twine and wooden beads. All were beautiful- just check out some of the finished creations:

We had such a good time learning to make pom poms (it's all about a good, tight knot!) and tassels, how to add beading and findings like jump rings and keyrings, and how to add extra bits like bells and metal hoops. Such a great venue at The Roxburgh too, their wood-fired pizzas are delicious! We had so many yummy selections on the go, including Pumpkin and Feta, Moroccan Lamb, Potato and Rosemary, Hawaiian, Margherita, Pork and Fennel, Pear and Proscuitto... JUST YUM!
